Questions before you sign up?

Free trial

  • How long does the free trial last?

    14 days, no credit card required. You can use every feature, including AI lesson plans, with no limits during the trial.

  • What happens when the trial ends?

    If you don't pick a paid plan, your account becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export everything. After that it's purged automatically.

Pricing

  • Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

    Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we charge a prorated amount. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • Are the prices VAT-inclusive?

    No. EU VAT is added on the invoice based on the country of your billing address. Invoices are fully VAT-compliant.

Data and privacy

  • Where is my data hosted?

    All data lives in our Frankfurt (EU) data centre. We never replicate athlete data outside the EU.

  • Can I export all my data?

    Yes. Full CSV export is available any time on every plan. We also issue DSAR-grade JSON exports on request.

Migration and setup

  • How do I migrate from my current system?

    Import a CSV of your athletes from the dashboard on the Growth plan and up. On Enterprise we handle the migration for you.

  • How long does initial setup take?

    15 to 30 minutes for a small club, 1 to 2 hours for a growing club. Pro and Enterprise come with onboarding sessions.

Support

  • What languages is support available in?

    Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and English.

  • Can I cancel any time?

    Yes, with no fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
